Very sceptical at first, relativly new company not much to go with. Did a deep dive seems Ok. What won my trust is the zoom call I had with my manager - Dominik. The entire team working on my account was on camera. Should you wish to start with them insist on meeting the team on zoom beforehand.
After a terrible experience with a previous investment company, I was highly skeptical. There are so many financial frauds out there today. However, this company proved to be completely legitimate and transparent. Their exceptional service completely restored my confidence. They have earned my 100% trust and highest recommendation.
One month later and after numerous attempts, I am still unable to complete the verification process required to enable withdrawals.
Each time I submit my documents, I am told that the image quality is insufficient or that there is another issue with the submission, despite uploading clear, high-resolution copies. The process has been frustrating and far more difficult than expected.
To their credit, they have now scheduled a Zoom call with a compliance representative to help resolve the issue. I appreciate the effort and am hopeful that this meeting will finally move things forward.
For now, I am reserving final judgment until the verification process is completed. Depending on the outcome of the compliance call and whether the issue is resolved, I will update my rating accordingly.
