Review of AIG Capital Ventures
One month later and after numerous attempts, I am still unable to complete the verification process required to enable withdrawals.
Each time I submit my documents, I am told that the image quality is insufficient or that there is another issue with the submission, despite uploading clear, high-resolution copies. The process has been frustrating and far more difficult than expected.
To their credit, they have now scheduled a Zoom call with a compliance representative to help resolve the issue. I appreciate the effort and am hopeful that this meeting will finally move things forward.
For now, I am reserving final judgment until the verification process is completed. Depending on the outcome of the compliance call and whether the issue is resolved, I will update my rating accordingly.
